Assignment Calendar feeds allow you to display your Service Planning scheduled assignment directly in your personal. Your calendar must support "subscriptions" or "feeds" where you can specify a URL feed (current versions of Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars all do, plus many other calendar programs).
To get the special Assignment Calendar Feed URL needed for assignments to show up in your calendar, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Account.
- Click on the "Calendar Feed" link/button on the right-hand side under the calendar.
- Follow the instructions on the pop-up below:
Once you copy the URL to your clipboard, go into your calendar application and follow its instructions for adding external calendars/feeds. Here are a few links that may help do that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Google's calendar subscription functionality only syncs with the feed every 8-12 hours. So, changes in Service Planning may not be reflected in your Google calendar until several hours later.
