Virtual Stage and Stage Setup

Service Planning's Virtual Stage allows you to drag and drop service role icons on a virtual stage graphic. This can be used to help inform team members and/or stagehands where equipment is to be set up.

To use the Virtual Stage, roles must have a graphic icon associated with them. This can be done by:

  1. Hovering on the People navigation link
  2. Click Roles/Skills menu option
  3. Click the "Edit" (pencil) icon of the role to which you'd like to associate an icon
  4. Click the link allowing you to change the virtual stage icon
  5. Choose the appropriate icon, then click Save


You can also change the stage setup image to one that better matches what you have at your church. To do so:

  1. Navigate to an Event
  2. Confirm there are Instrument Roles assigned to the Event
  3. Click on the "Stage Setup" tab
  4. You will see the icons associated with the assigned roles
  5. Click the icons to drag and drop into the appropriate stage arrangement
